ResourceFind helps you find professionals, services, products and information related to autism, with the goal of making resources easier for families to find and to more quickly get the right type of assistance.
You can do a Search by either putting a partial or full keyword in the 'Name' field, and / or specifying the category or State of interest.
Anyone can add an resource profile or request to modify an existing profile. HelpWanted also allows anybody to request a needed resource (professional, service, product) in a particular category anywhere in the country. Advocates will use this ‘bulletin board’ to help inquirers find resources. They will ensure inquiries and comments are reviewed, and prompt responses from the online community is encouraged.
If you want to add resources, click on ‘Add an Resource’. You’ll complete a form with all the resource’s contact info, including under what category somebody would best find this if they searched by category. In the field Prepared by – write : “(your name)” and an email address if we need to validate this resource, and press ‘Submit Request’. Even ‘Add an Resource’ for yourself under ADVOCATE if you don't mind others contacting you.
TalkAutism checks for duplicates and errors before they send out a confirmation to the resource you submitted.
