Date: 1/25/2010 5:10:48 PM 		My son is in 6th grade right now and we live in Palm Bay Florida. Next next year he has to go to middle school. He is assigned to Southwest Middle School. He is currently behind in reading by 2 yeard and math almost three years. The school he is in this year mainstreamed him in with other 6th graders and he switchs class and he is just not handling it very well. The special ed teacher has to basically hold his hand to get his work in. He gets so frustrated. He currently uses a Alpha Smart because his writing was slowing him down to much plus teacher said they couldn't read it.Any suggestions I just want the best for my son not struggling and frustion.
